Each engagement produces a written record of what was discussed, what was agreed, and what remains open — so there is no ambiguity after sessions end.

Our engagements have a defined scope, duration, and deliverable. You know what to expect and when it concludes, without an open-ended retainer.

What changes after working together
Decisions that hold
When all parties have had a structured opportunity to be heard, the decisions that follow tend to be more stable. There is less scope for one party to feel they were excluded.
Clarity about what is actually at stake
Preparation before sessions often surfaces that parties disagree on the underlying question, not just the proposed answer. Identifying this saves a great deal of subsequent effort.
A record of reasoning
Why a decision was made matters as much as what was decided. Written notes from each session give future readers — including new staff — the context they would otherwise lack.
Reduced adviser dependency
The process is designed so that the organisation can run similar conversations independently afterwards. We are not building an ongoing need for our services.

How an engagement typically unfolds
Initial conversation
We discuss the situation, what has been tried, and whether the engagement scope is a reasonable fit.
Separate conversations
The adviser speaks with each party individually. An anonymised summary is prepared and shared in advance of joint sessions.
Joint sessions
Facilitated sessions where all parties are present. The adviser holds the structure; participants contribute the substance.
Written record
A document recording what was agreed, what was deferred, and what remains open is provided at close.
